Most days I cover state and regional politics and governance from here on the Lake Erie shore.

I've reported on lead poisoning in Cleveland-area neighborhoods, the troubled history of housing in the city, and political trackers.

I graduated from Northwestern University's Medill School of Journalism. I've worked for the Medill Justice Project, online newspaper Honolulu Civil Beat and Cleveland Magazine.
