Most days I cover state and regional politics and governance from here on the Lake Erie shore.

I've reported on illegal dump operators who collected millions in public demolition money, local governments' lawsuits over the opioid crisis and how changes in local public transit affects riders.

I graduated from Northwestern University's Medill School of Journalism. I've worked for online newspaper Honolulu Civil Beat and Cleveland Magazine.
